A historical monument and a "Remarkable Garden", in the heart of which nestles an 18th century castle...
A magnificent landscaped park of 19 hectares, it was the Lord of Chantore who built it in 1780 on this hill to admire Mont-Saint-Michel, which is still visible from the park today!
A romantic journey that will take you through exotic and secular trees (Sequoia, Ginkgo biloba, Louisiana bald cypress, Tulip tree, Cedar of Lebanon...), along the English river, the lakes and an exceptional set of 14 waterfalls, garden buildings, and rhododendron and camellia beds. The cider mills are still in operation and the Friesians (black carriage horses) gallop across the green lawns.
