Situated in the countryside, the Andouillerie of La Baleine invites you to discover the fabrication of the Norman speciality - andouillerie - (a type of sausage), known as the Andouillerie of Vire: you can see the manual workings and the traditional smoking processes. This is an artisanal and family business that retains both authenticity and quality of it's produce. Tthe andouillerie can be sampled at the end of the visit. You will enjoy the flavours of the different types of ham, smoked bacon and rillettes made in-house using traditional recipes.
