They transform what comes out of their garden into various recipes: sweet and sour courgettes, pepper chutney, onion confit, dandelion flower jelly and lacto-fermented vegetables. Don't miss their flagship product: sauerkraut. The couple cultivates naturally, inspired by permaculture (mulching, live soil market gardening). But that's not all! Other nature activities are to be discovered from May 2022.

New: Nature walk with Sylvain
Let yourself be guided by an experienced farmer ornithologist, through a quality wild walk between lake and forest. As you walk through the countryside, you will discover the fauna and flora of the region's wetlands, forests and hedgerows. An aperitif and tasting of the farm's products will await you on arrival.

Visit the garden and taste their products
The farm also offers you a 1h30 visit of their garden, as well as a home-made meal on the ground floor with their good products. These meals are vegetarian, organic and seasonal: something to awaken your taste buds!
