A goat and poultry farm, raised in the open air...
Céline & Quentin raise their animals in a natural way. They specialise in the production of goat's milk products. The goat cheese is made on the spot: plain crottins (fresh, soft, creamy, semi-dry or dry) or flavoured (curry, Provence herbs, sesame, walnut, 4 berries), but also logs (plain or ashy) without forgetting the famous cheese "Le Saint-Poisien": a fresh or matured cheese of 420g. The products are labelled Manche Terroirs.
The little extra: During the opening days, Céline and Quentin invite you to a visit to discover the milking of the goats. To do this, meet at the farm at 5pm, without reservation!
