Come visit one of the last traditional factory of Andouille de Vire. In Anne and Noël Lavalley's store in Gavray, you'll find andouilles, but also hams, filet mignon and smoked breasts, as well as rillettes and other "homemade" charcuterie, as well as local products.

Guided tours of about 30 minutes of the andouillerie are offered in July and August, every day, at 11am, 3:30pm and 4:30pm, except Saturday morning and Sunday. Outside July and August, guided tours are organized upon request.
