An artisanal village where time appears to stand still.

The pottery village in which there a number of buildings from the XVIII and XIX centuries retrace the history of the site. The hamlet presents in particular three large tunnel ovens and several restored buildings; you will be able to explore this Potter's village in autonomy which occupied more than a hundred workers from the beginning of the 19th century. Discover the workshops, the Masters house, the drying room, the ovens, testament to the pottery activities of long ago.
To extend your visit, take the pathway to follow the footsteps of the Potters. Contemplate the evolution of the landscape relation to the clearing of the forest and the vestiges of ancient sites of the potters. (A stroll of about 5kms, departing from the museum. A paper guide is available at reception).
A background of contemporary ceramic pots and works of art.

Save the date for the next edition of the Potters Fete
with a night of fire and the potters market to commemorate the occasion.
