There are various types of accommodation open to visiters in Villedieu-les-Poêles and the surrounding 25kms, covering the Bay of the Mont Saint Michel; Granville; Mortain and the D Day beaches. These include hotels, B&B (Chambres d'hôtes) Self catering cottages (Gîtes) rental accommodation and Camp sites. These places to stay are classed in order of quality and labelled with (épis, chimneys, clévacances), the number of people that can be accommodated and their tariffs. Villedieu-les-Poêles is situated in southern Manche within the bay of The Mont Saint Michel, Basse Normandy region of northern France.
